Schedule An Appointment
We strongly encourage all patients to schedule an appointment with us via call or email, or WhatsApp. It’s easy as ABC!
- Make an appointment via Phone Call, WhatsApp, or our website's booking form.

Something crops up and cannot make it to the appointment?
No worries, we understand. Simply give us a call to reschedule it. - Unbearable dental pain? We would like to help! Give us a call so we can advise you on a suitable time to visit us as soon as possible.
- Receive a reminder from us one week before and one day before the scheduled date. No more missed appointments!
- Please inform us if you are a member of AIA, IHP, or MHC medical benefits, for us to prepare the necessary documents beforehand.

Visiting Excel Dental
Our friendly front desk officers will guide you through the registration process.
- Present your NRIC or ID and we will check your eligibility for CHAS, Pioneer, or Merdeka Generation dental subsidies at Excel Dental.
- Wait for your name to be called up at the clinic.
- You are now ready for an awesome time with our dentist!

Seeing The Dentist
- The dentist will first perform a full examination of the mouth to assess your overall oral health. The dentist will inform you of the findings, the necessary treatments and the associated costs.
- Rest assured we only perform treatments that you have agreed to.
- Have concerns over treatment costs? Let us know and we will try to plan the treatments to help ease your financial constraints.
- We use high-tech dental equipments to facilitate patient education.

X-Ray Facilities
X-ray helps us to detect what cannot be seen with naked eyes.
- Our instruments and equipment are sterilised after each patient, so you can have a peace of mind at Excel Dental.
- Instruments are sterilised with high-pressure steam.
- Thorough cleaning is performed on in-room equipment with medical grade disinfectant.

Payment & Follow-Up Appointments
- We accept payments from a wide range of payment methods, including Cash, NETS, PayNow, Visa, Master, and Amex.
- CHAS subsidy will be applied on eligible treatments directly during the visit.
- Use your BabyBonus for your child's dental treatments.
- Use your Medisave for approved surgeries and leave the paperwork to us.
Finally, we will book a time for your to return for any follow-up treatments and review.
